To fix this problem, I think we can check FSLDIR env first and then use the
absolute path of "bet".

Hi Cédric,
Please do NOT open matlab via the icon in Lauchpad, but open it within
terminal.
1. Open Terminal.
2. In Terminal, type in: /Applications/MATLAB_R2014a.app/bin/matlab
This will fix the bet path problem.

Actually, this way can not fix the problem well.
If doing so, then the system asks:
ERROR:: Environment variable FSLOUTPUTTYPE is not set!
And I don't want to keep defining the environment variables, but just start matlab from the terminal.
