The 6 head motion parameters were regressed out in such a setting. However, the parameters were not saved into a separate covariate txt file -- as a separate txt file is not possible for settings such as "Voxel-Specific 12". Probably saving them in a separate cov file will be better?
Thanks for your kind explaination. It's really hard to show a separate txt file for settings such as "Voxel-Specific 12", but I think it maybe better to generate a relevant file to tell the users they have regressed out the head motion parameters.
