DARTEL标准化问题总结

严老师， 看了您前面的建议，我还是想争取用DARTEL标准化，所以希望在您帮助下，能把这些问题克服了。 我换电脑跑后，out of memory问题解决了，slice、realignment后DARTEL可以正常运行。但另外两个问题试了十几次都通不过。 功能像normalize文件生成这步还无法解决，软件跑了一会normalize to MNI space后，提示movefile的错误，检查文件发现FunImg下面已经生成了swra前缀的文件，而没有wra前缀的文件，奇怪为什么还没到smooth，就生成了s前缀的文件？前面用DARSFA跑到这一步同样是这个问题，软件直接把swra前缀的图像放在了FunImgAR文件夹，而movefile报错。 我查看了分割图，发现白质图（smwc2co前缀）还是有灰色的条纹阴影，感觉不大对劲，不知是什么问题？ 我把详细的材料都列出来了，软件设置、matlab程序如下，生成文件、DPARSF设置及白质结果图请您看看附件。 1. 软件版本：Matlab 2008b（Matlab2009b也试过，问题一样） SPM8 DPARSF2.1 2. 所有程序： Running job #1
