I am a student using GAT for my project . I deal with only the diffusion part of the toolbox . In the network measure of diffusion tool , inputs of lowest and highest density of interests and the step size  are to be entered .

output files

Hello again,

I have looked in the manual and tutorial but I can't find this information, I'm sorry if I've missed it.

Could you please explain the contents of the output files that I get when I choose calculate variables and export?

Also, what are the contents of the files when I choose export from the results viewer?

If I wanted to do post-hoc analyses (for example, a correlation between degree and a clinical variable), which data from graphVar do I use for this.

Apologies for my ignorance, I am new to graph theory!

Thanks in advance,

Missing data

Dear Johann,

I have multiple clinical variables that I am interested in correlating with graph theory measures.  However, for a few of my subjects I am missing data for one of those clinical variables.  Can GraphVar handle missing data or should I exclude those subjects from all analyses?

Thank you!

Error creating connectivity matrices

Hello,

I am new to graph theory and I'm trying out GraphVar (thank you for this toolbox, by the way!).  I created ROI timeseries data using DPARSFA and I am now trying to create connectivity matrices for each subject within GraphVar.  I'm running into an error message and I wonder if it's a problem with our stats toolbox or with the ROI signal files or something I haven't considered?  We have checked and rechecked the matlab stats package license and everything seems ok.

So here is what I do:

1. Load Brainregions.csv and Variables.csv files.

UPDATES GraphVar beta 0.62
DONWLOAD HERE

1. Added two NEW "dynamic" graph measures!
- nodal flexibility and nodal promiscuity coefficient which are based on changing community assignments in an ordered multislice matrix (as in Braun et al., 2015: Dynamic reconfiguration of frontal brain networks during executive cognition in humans)

2. Added new "regular" graph metrics:
