Hi!

Thank you for such an elegant toolbox!

Unfortunately I’m experiencing some error when trying to proceed with third part of tutorial concerning Network Based Statistics (Raw Conn Matrix and Network Based Statistics). I’m setting ep everything as shown in tutorial pdf but some kind of error is happening (please see below) and results that I get are different from those presented in pdf. Here I am using matlab 2016b.

Creating sparse normalised networks

Submitted by thomascope on

I am new to using GraphVar. I would like to create some graphs normalised to random networks. My problem is that the minimum network density threshold in the GUI seems to be 0.1. This seems a very dense starting point. I would like to look at networks with a lower density. Is there a way I can modify the code to allow lower density thresholds to be selected in the GUI?

Thanks

Thomas

Problem using “Normalize graph metric with random networks” option

I want to obtain network measurements that illustrate the group comparisons I’m performing on my data. The data itself consists of coherence matrixes previously calculated by Matlab routines external to GraphVar. So, in order to work with them, I’m selecting the “Raw Matrix” checkbox in the “Raw Matrix (link wise)” panel.

For this exposition, let’s focus solely on the computation of the “Binary Degree” of each node. I imposed the relative network thresholds of 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 and 0.5 in the “Network Construction” menu.

Manipulating X and Y axises' variables

Is there any way I can make the Y-Axis list of regions completely visible? The identification of the areas is always cut and makes it difficult to identify each region without using the mouse.
This is what I'm refering to:

Secondly, can I alter the information on the X-Axis so that, instead of listing the areas as numericals entities only (from 1 to 22 in this case), I can identify them with their specific number on the atlas I'm using? (In this case, the AAL116)

Greetings.

Thanks for making your software available. I am having a persistent problem with the error command below while using beta version 06.2.  I have attached a subjects correlation matrix file and my variable file . Could you please advise?
