My name is Tsuyoshi Hashimoto. I am a doctor, working as a diagnostic radiologist, and my office name is Advanced Imaging Center Tsukuba, JAPAN. I'm mainly reading CT and MRI examinations. 
 
Recently I began to use DPARSF and DPABI softwares. but I have now difficulties about using those. Would you mind helping me? 
I have downloaded DPARSF and Sample data named DemoDataForRSfMR, and set up, but I can't load this data to DPARSF software.

using REST-GCA for fMRI, especially apply the signed-path coefficients

Normally, the HRF is non-stationay and differs across regions. How to do the GCA using REST-GCA, especially the signed-path coefficients. Do I have to extract the fMRI time-series before spatial smoothingfrom ROIs and remove the global signal for making the BOLD time series more stationary for GCA??

请教各位老师：

    REST的 power spectum 功能，提供了基本的时间-频率转换，但是它只能针对某个像素，如果对于ROI提取的时间序列，不知如何处理，刻意直接做FFT吗？

    另外，文献中计算的BOLD“能量”是不是就是频域曲线的曲线下面积？多谢指教！

resting state granger causality

Dear experts, 

I want to apply granger causality to my resting state data using REST toolbox.
I'm pretty new in this field so I don't know if I'm doing the right thing. 
Are there any specific considerations that I have to take into account before applying GC to my data?
what characteristics should my data have to be eligible for granger causality calculations?

Creating nice brain graphics for publication - software ?

may I ask how the brain graphics (e.g. Fig 2, Fig 2 etc.) were  created in the paper: Standardizing the intrinsic brain: Towards robust measurement of inter-individual variation in 1000 functional connectomes. NeuroImage, 80, 246–262. doi:10.1016/j.neuroimage.2013.04.081

How to create ROIs with MNI coordinate and draw on brain

Dear Professor,

I have some ROIs coordinates in MNI format, including both cortical and sub-cortical points. And I want to visually map it on the brain with different colors. I am using HCP dataset and the its workbench. I am wondering how to create the standard file which contains my ROIs and can be directly drawn on the brain with different colors?

I would truly apprieciate if you could provide me with some hints.

How can I extract fMRI time courses for specific MNI-coordinated voxels from HCP data subjects?

Hi,

I am new in fMRI and the associated tools and I would like to ask a very entry level question.

I am using the HCP database subjects and trying to get time courses for specific voxels. Now I have ther voxels in MNI coordinates. (an excel file containing many voxels identified by x,y,z coordinate).
