按教程我在overlay中添加Yeo2011_17Networks_MNI152_FreeSurferConformed1mm_LiberalMask.nii.gz以及在Load colorbar from MAT中载入Yeo2011_7Networks_Colormap_ForDPABI等文件后，点击surface view with BrainNet viewer按钮，matlab运行框显示错误,我看不到我的图像结果（说明：已事先安装好brainnet viewer):

尊敬的严博士，我在用统计模块进行两个独立样本T检验时，在添加患者组和对照组后，还添加了Mean FD，性别，年龄，教育年限等协变量，但是我发现在点Run之后，并没有运行协变量，得到结果和我没有添加协变量时是一样的，我怀疑是我编辑的协变量文件不正确。例如我建立一个记事本文件（OCD.txt）,假如我有13个被试，我就编辑成13行，4列；每一行从左到右以此是：性别，年龄，教育年限，Mean FD；打开后内容如下：

结果如下：DLH 0.091699 voxels^-3 before correcting for temporal DOF

FWHMy = 3.687451 voxels

Dear Dr. Yan,

I encountered a problem while doing Mixed Effect Analysis. I wanted to add covariates (age, gender and handness). But the problem is that the covariates are the same for both condition 1 and condition 2.

I added as

group1_cov.txt

group1_cov.txt

group2_cov.txt

group2_cov.txt

Then Dpabi ran for hours and gave weired results. I also tried to name the covariates differently but it didn't work either. I wonder what is the proper way to add covariates in Mixed Effect Analysis.

I would like to genearate a group GM mask by using DPABI's quality control module.

In my understandings, I could generate a GroupMask90Percent.nii based on wAutomask, and then thresholding the mask.

1. How to create a group specific GM mask by using QC module?

In addition, all images must have the same dimension for statstiscal analysis.

If a group GM mask was generated using SPM Masking toolbox, and then reslicing the mask.

      2. The resliced mask looks a little bit different, how to solve this issue?
