I have some questions about statistical analysis.

In our study, all patients were assigned to three groups, with two different medication treatment and one medication-naive control. And all these patients accepted MRI scan at baseline and after 12 weeks. Now, my question is as followings:

1. Can we compare the group × time interaction effects on brain activity indicators by repeated measures ANOVA, such as ALFF,fALFF and ReHo. At first, I try to do this by mixed-effects comparison, but it can only treat two factors.

                    您好，我通过dpabi中的Extract ROI courses 对AAL、哈佛牛津地图、CC200等4个地图集进行了ROI区域时间序列提取，我想知道的是dpabi在提取ROI时间序列的时候，是通过什么样的计算方式。是分别对每个ROI区域内进行标准化后输出吗？（减均值/标准差），还是通过其他方式？第二个问题，如图所示，ROI Signals_Sub_XX.mat 是每个ROI区域的时间序列吗？   在视频中我并没有看到这一点的讲解，我对ROI提取十分感兴趣，期待您的答复！

Hi,

When running DPARSF with the attached specifications, we are asked to manually reorient the image (see screenshot).

Is this something normal/correct, or can it be avoided?

                           您好，我有一个很愚昧的问题需要请教。在做Group ICA分析正常人与病人的时候，我们应该将正常人和病人分别作为一组进行Group ICA，还是应该将正常人与病人都放在一起然后进行Group ICA？

Thank you for your response.

1. For FWHM values, it was obtained from DPABI->Statistical Analysis without PALM; the values are (FWHM, in mm) = [1.524, 1.389, 1.300]. You commented that it seems too small, can I check what can be done about this?

       我目前参与分析的两组被试中，第一组有114例，第二组19例，扫描时voxel为4x4x4，我若将排除头动的标准由3mm/3 degree+FD>0.2升高至4mm/4 degree+FD>0.2，第二组可增加3例被试，这样的排除头动标准审稿人会接受吗？

各位老师好，

        最近正在学习DPABISurf的使用，也研究了fmriprep。相比于官方的fmriprep，DPABISurf提供了更好的交互界面（用户体验），以及后续的一系列处理，如regress out nuisance， smoothing，filtering ...， 十分方便，感谢DPABI团队提供如此优秀的工具包。在使用的过程中我也遇到了一些问题，希望各位老师指教。

       1） 关于fmriprep提供的volume空间分辨率只有1m, 2m 和 native， 如果想要配准到3m*3m*3m标准空间怎么办？（数据的原始分辨率比较大，2m会增加计算负担，且可能信息冗余）。如果可以直接resample的话，我应该先配准到哪个分辨率（1m,2m 或者 native）？如果我的处理步骤是FunVoluWCSF的话，我应该把resample放在哪步之后比较好？

I'm using the dpabi toolbox to calculate functional connectivity for two group of subjects and trying to compare the result, and I have the 3 following questions:

1. Which text file I should select to put into network analysis for graphic properties: the one from 'ROISignals_FunImgARCWS' or the one from 'ROISignals_FunImgARglobalCWS'?

2. The similar one with the first: which result I should look at if I want to compare FC results between the two group: the ones from 'FC_FunImgARCWS' or 'FC_FunImgARglobalCWS'?

Dear Professer Yan Chao-gan:

          The resting state function data are preprocessed by DPABI software, and the ReHo and ALFF parameters are obtained. now, in order to carry out the ANOVA analysis of repeated measurement, there are the following errors. However, the software did not report an error when running one sample T test.
