What interpolation was used the spatial registration in DPARSF?

I was asked about the interpolation method I used in preprocessing.  I used DPARSF to do that and I am not sure what it use exactly.  Seems there are options if I use SPM directly, so do DPARSF just use the default ?

Hi Zhao,

Yes, DPARSF used SPM defaults. You can check them in {Jobmats} for each step, e.g, Coregister.mat.

You can also change the interpolation method by changing the .mat files, or add some lines in DPARSFA_run.m to change it.
