We've noticed that the server was down for several times recently, as the hosting company has a hardware issue. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this matter. We hope the hosting company can fix the problem entirely and make our website reliable.
The response from the hosting company: "This issue was caused by an undocumented error in the firmware of one of our vendor's hardware solutions. We have corrected this issue and have taken every reasonable precaution to make sure that this issue does not happen in the future. Thank you for your patience as we worked to correct the issue."
We hope the server will not be down again. But if this happens, please give us some patience, usually it will resume in several hours depends on the action of the hosting company.
