Hi Cat,

You can check "Extract ROI Time Courses", the functional connectivity (correlations) between the ROIs will be output simutaneously with the ROI time courses.

Dear Experts, I wish to examine the functional connectivity between 4 regions (ROI's) only. Is this a possibility in DPARSF A. Or does DPARSF only measure the functional connectivity between the ROIs with the rest of the brain? Very Kind Regards, Cat
