Hi!when I used Reorient T1 in dparsf3.2, I found the direction of T1 were totally diffrent with FunImg (see in attachment). How to solve this problem? Thank you.

Probably you can try different pitch/roll/yaw parameters, you may adjust it to the template position. Or you need to flip them. Anyway, if there is only one subject with such an issue, just discard that one.
