Inf values in

Hi Prof Yan/experts/users, 

I had completed preprocessing in DPARSF and wanted to check what will be the reasons why I obtained "inf" values in my inf ROICorrelation_FisherZ.mat files. I have 116x116 and there are 116 "inf" values, please see screenshot of part of it:
