Hi,
How can I extract ROI specific fALFF values. I used "calculate in MNI space(warp by DARTEL)" and "normalize by DARTEL" options. Based on the assumption that the fALFF images for each subject are in MNI space, I am doing the following:
1) Creating ROI masks from the standard MNI (2 mm) template
2) Using " fslstats <fALFF image> -k <mask> -M" to obtain the mean fALFF value within the ROI
However I get an incompatibility error in step 2. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong.
