Hello, Dr Yan & members,
There is an error in my DPARSF procedure as below,
I selected normalize by using T1 image unified segmentation, T1 DICOM to NIFTI,
My spm is version 8 and the matlab version is R2010b,
Thank you for your help!

It's waiting you to reorient
It's waiting you to reorient the T1 and funcitonal images manually, but you clicked close.
Please have a look on http://rfmri.org/Course for reorientation.

If it shows good position quality, should I reorient manually?
Hello, Dr. Yan,
Thanks for your help! I got your point!
But here comes the next problem.
How could I know whether I have reoriented to the "right" position?
Does it all depend on the researcher's subjective judjements?
btw, I also observed the graphs of the DPARSF which showed up for me to reorient manually will also tell me my images' quality,
If it shows good position quality,,such as "5 : very good" , should I reoriet manually again? or just keep all the parameters zero, only click the "reorient image" button?
Hi,
Hi,
1. It's "subjective". However, the initial position doesn't need to be accurate, roughly good is OK for the algorithm.
2. The quality needs your rating, you have to change it according to popped out image.
