Choose the correct bounding box

Hi everyone,

I am working with fMRI data and processing it with DPARSFA, and then I'm analysing it with spm12. After I preprocess my images, I tryed to display them using the masks in T1imagesegment.

The problem is tthat the images seems to be too long for the bounding box. How can I fix it?

Hi Vera,

You can reslice them to the resolution of functional images.

DPABI->Utilities->Image Reslicer
