REST软件包计算的cluster中voxel数目需要剔除白质么？

A voxel is on graymatter or whitematter is decided by comparing to a template which may different from your subject. Somehow these softwares just a give out a "more possible" result.
 I suggest not to worry about this and just give the total voxel numbers reported by softwares.

If you have strong reason to remove white matter results, I think use a graymatter mask based on your subjects' T1 images is a more reasonable way.
