DPABI/DPABISurf/DPARSF

各位老师好，

    关于viewer，严老师在视频中提到可以使用GRF和AlphaSim的方法对统计的结果进行校正，而且在弹出的窗口中应该选择一个mask文件。

然后问题就来了，按照我的理解该mask应该是前面QC时产生的groupmask，即包含了90%的体素的才放进来做统计分析，不然后面的结果也不知道怎么解释……

而输入这个mask之后就会使得FWHM都为NaN；如果点击estimate smoothness，则会报错，如图“error in estimate smoothness”所示。

这时我注意到该过程是要将T值转为Z值，虽然不是很清楚其中的原理，但是我就换了一个two sample T test 的结果图上去，发现果然可行，唯一的问题就是FWHM仍然都是NaN……

所以这个到底是什么情况？是我理解错了，需要放入的是T值图么？而且T值图也不应该出现Inf（我在打开viewer的时候发现自动生成的Nmax和Pmax都是Inf，这也是个问题）么？

老师，您好，我是在Linux(opensuse)的matlab 2015b（SPM 12）上用DPABI_V4.3_20040进行2个被试进行分析，然后就在“PicturesForChkNormalization”部分，就报错（如下图）。但问题是每次只要跑一个人的数据的时候就没有问题。我看FAQ中其他人也遇到过类似的问题，解决办法有“缩短被试文件名”、“更新spm”等等。这两个我都是试了。但是还是没有解决这个问题。

I was using the lastest version of DPABI and wanna extract the signal within a specific ROI for some contrast images from first-level of task-based fmri.

However, the following error was shown even I defined the ROI as a sphere ROI.

I encountered this error when using DPARSF (see the attachments file). I think It was in the last processing step (Smooth Derivatives).

Hi teams,

I didn't get these folders (FunSurfWglobal, FunSurfWglobalC, FunSurfWglobalCF, FunVoluWglobal, FunVoluWglobalC, FunVoluWglobalCF) after running dpabisurf. Does this affects my further analysis when using the results of dpabisurf? How to generate these folders without re-runing all steps? Thanks

when using dpabisurf to process data, an error happened due to lack of disk pace. I copyed the processed data to my external disk, and want to use this to process the remaining steps. Is it OK to do so?  Could you please help me check where should I start? I don't want to re-processing all over agin, it spends too much time.  Thanks very much.

   I have a question regarding the multiple correction.  When doing correlation analysis between functional connectivies and clinical scores, is it also requried to do multiple correction, like when doing group differences? Thanks!
