Dear Experts,
I would like to extract the ROIs of DMN using the coordinates of one of the related studies (i.e. Yeo et all or Van dijk et al).
My question is what determines the sphere radius?
Could I increase the radius to include as much voxels as possible without merging into neighboring regions?
Moreover, it would be great if you could help me with any alternatives.
Thank you!

If you are using Yeo networks
If you are using Yeo networks, you don't need to define sphere ROIs. Just extract the DMN signals (index 7), using DPABI->Utilities->ROI signal extractor.

how to use ROI signal extractor
Dear Chao-Gan
I would also like to use the Yeo networks to extract signal, could you elaborate a little further, you wrote that "Just extract the DMN signals (index 7)", what do you mean by that? When I chose the option "define ROI", I can chose between a number of atlases but not the Yeo atlas?
Thanks a lot!
Karl
You have to download the Yeo
You have to download the Yeo atlas, and define it as an ROI. Check "Multi labels in the mask file". The 7th column is DMN signal.
