AFNI里的3dTcorrelate的程序在REST里是否有相应的？

严老师：您好：在rest论坛里看到：http://restfmri.net/forum/node/53  您提及GroupCorr.m. 是做两组img的相关；不是是否就是相当于“AFNI里的3dTcorrelate的程序”？

另外，新手还想请教，其与REST caculator中的corr(i1,i2,"spatial")有什么区别？

To achive the funciton of "3dTcorrelate", you neet to setup the following in the calculator:

corr(g1,g2,'temporal')
