Hi,
Using dpabi, I have successfully pre-processed all subjects in ADNI that include both "resting_state_fMRI" and "MPRAGE SENSE 2" files.
It seems to me that only 770 subjects in ADNI have resting_state_fMRI data.
My question is: are fMRI data always needed to run the pre-processing with dpabi (as I have already done) or is there also a different way that does not require fMRI data?

You can run with T1 image
You can run with T1 image only for DPARSF and DPABISurf for anatomical processing.
