做Alphasim时报错了，求求各位回答

1.用FWE p＜0.05和FDR校正之后都没有阳性结果，还有没有别的什么办法试一试？
2.没有阳性结果我就打算做一下Alphasim，但是报错了，问题出在哪儿了？
请求知情者指教，不胜感激！！！
