I am not familiar with VBM QC. But I will suggest do a normalization QC as in DPABI QC module.

I have used DPARSFA to perform VBM-Dartel analysis. One of our reviewers asked "what kinds of quality control measures were used in the VBM-DARTEL analysis". I'm not sure what it  exactly means. Would you please give me some suggestion? Any comments are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
