i have run DPARSF successfully ,gets the result of my data about :REHO ALFF fALFF.I want to know when i run the REST software, knock in ALFF,then power spectrum.i move in the ALFF result of one data, choose one coordinate point, for example: x:2,y:2,z:2.then i see a value under it,different for each coordinate.what does that value mean?is it the ALFF value of that particular coorinate point, how the software calculate the value from the ALFF reault?thanks very much.i do need to know that.wish to get the answer soon.

Next, the filtered time series was transformed to a frequency domain with a fast Fourier transform (FFT) and the power spectrum was then obtained. Since the power of a given frequency is proportional to the square of the amplitude of this frequency component of the original time series in the time domain, the square root was calculated at each frequency of the power spectrum and the averaged square root was obtained across 0.01–0.08 Hz at each voxel. This averaged square root was taken as the ALFF.

how to deal with repeated measurement design?
Re
Please see http://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/~wpenny/publications/rik_anova.pdf to know more about how to perform repeated measure analysis.
However, in my opinion, you still need to have a hypothesis before testing the 5 time points.
Could Prof. Zang give more comments on this issue please? Thanks!
Best wishes!
I think repeated measure
thanks for your reply,i will
thanks for your reply,i will read it.seems not easy.
