Dear experts,
I have just watched the Course section V, in which Dr. Yan said that FWHM could be estimated by either statistical map or 4D residual file. I did the 2-sample t-test using Rest, which only generated a nii file. I suppose the nii file is statistical map, right? And where can I found the residual file?
Best,
Vincent

This is a new feature in DPABI Statistical Analysis.
The 4D residual is not written to disk, unless you use y_GroupAnalysis_Image.m and turn on "IsOutputResidual".

Dear Dr. Yan,
Dear Dr. Yan,
Thank you for your helpful reply.
I have tried the DPABI, and I think it is even better than DPARSFA (which is good enough)! I am now one of the fans of you.
However, I am encountering a little problem related to cluster report in the DPABI viewer. After GRF corrected, only cluters larger than 112 voxels remained in the viewer. However, when I clicked the cluster report, the MATLAB reported more than 300 cluters, majority of which had only 1 voxel. If I used the Rest slice viewer instead, such problems would not happen. Since Rest slice viewer can only estimate the FWHM through the statistical map, I perfer to use the DPABI viewer. I am appreciated if you help me to solve the problem.
Best,
Vincent

Hi Vincent,
Hi Vincent,
There is a bug in DPABI Viewer.
We have fixed it. Please go to Git Hub to download it (https://github.com/Chaogan-Yan/DPABI, and then find "Download ZIP"), as we update all the developing versions there. And once reached a certain point, will have a formal release at rfmri.org.
