concatenated epi

How do you use concatenated EPIs in REST toolbox? My EPI images have been reconstructed and imported from AFNI, where I get a single file for my 164 time points. Rest doesnt seem to recognize this concatenation and tells me that the number of time points reflected from the files are 0. Is there a workaround?

We are estimated to release a new version of REST which could read 4D .nii file in the near future (hopefully before 2012). At the currently stage, please use REST->Utilities->NIfTI .nii to NIfTI pairs to convert your data. Best, Chao-Gan
