DPABI/DPABISurf/DPARSF

Dear Mr.Yan,

I have performed resting MRI preprocessing with DPARSF Basic version (e.g., slice timing, realign, normalization, and smooth). However, there were no output flies of smooth, as well as, the file "PicturesForChkNormalization" was empty. Besides, my MatLab is 2010a version (I have tried to reset it and use another computer, yet it did not work). The attachments are parameters I set, the outcomes after preprocessing, and steps of MatLab. Thanks for your help.

I defined 56 ROIs and get 56 functional connectivity graphs across all subjects by REST. Now I’d like to compare every two graphs so as to find out the similarity of them, that is to get the r values between the two graph. I use the Image Calculator to finish this work, but I have to repeat the same manipulation 56*55/2 times.

Thank you so much for your time. I have read your paper on  GCA and  need your help. After obtaining the path coefficients how could I perform a one sample ttest since I do not know the population mean?
Secondly, what is used to represent the connection strength between areas? t value of the related path coefficients?

I am trying to run a correlation analysis using the Statistical Analysis tool.   However, I'm getting the error as below.  Also, do I need to demean the data prior to doing the correlational analysis, or does DPABI do it for me?

Hello, I am wondering whether DPARSF's realign parameter the same as SPM default parameter or not.

Dear Experts,

When runnin the Friston 24 motion regression the text file actually contains 25 columns.  The first column appears to be just values of "1".  Is there any reason for this?  Is the first column ignored when doing the covariate regression?

Warning: Matrix is close to singular or badly scaled. Results may be inaccurate. RCOND =  1.205703e-10.
