Hi,

I'm encountering a strange error with the bet procedure. That is, I tried to process two persons at once and then I get an error with bet when processing the second person. But what I don't understand is that if I process the two persons seperately, it all works fine for both persons. Here is the error I encounter:

Hi,

I have got a question about adding my own ROI definitions. I have a list of voxel coordinates in Talairach space and want to tell DPARSF to extract those coordinates. So I used the define ROI option where I can either use a Maskfile or to load ROIs as a mat-file or csv-file. But I have no idea how to generate a Maskfile from my coordinates (which are actually from Brainvoyager) or in what format the mat or csv-file should be.

Hi all,

I have two questions:

1) I used DPABI_V1.0_140815_Beta in an initial set of analyses and would like to now useDPABI_V1.2_141101.  Do I need to reanalyze the data?

2)  I am trying to run QC on my data, but I get an error when I try to save my subject list:

Dear DPARSF developers:

   Thanks for the wonderful toolbox. While trying to use it for our rs-fMRI data analysis, I am not sure how to control for/ regress out physiological noise that we have collected in your toolbox. Could you please shed some lighth on this?
