Out of memory issues

Hi,
I am running DPARSF preprocessing for about 160 subjects. After 36 hours or so of running I am getting the following message:
Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
Has anyone encountered such an issue? And if so any advice would be most appreciated.

 Hi, usually will not have JAVA error.

Do you know at which step DPARSF stopped by "out of memory"?

The memory use usually will not be affected by the number of subjects.

I am now suspecting it could be the computer itself. I am now retrying it with a different computer, testing one subject at a time, then will run the entire group.
