Does the REST used for the neonatal brain cogesteration purpose. If anyone is working for the same purpose,
could you please suggest which template (standard space) are you using for normalization of the data
Neonatal brain registration is challenging.REST does not do it. I heard Dr. Dinggang Shen in University of North Carolina has had some goog works on that.
Hi, do you have a propri WM CSF and GM templates for neonatal brains?
If not, Template-O-Matic Toolbox (http://dbm.neuro.uni-jena.de/software/tom/) does some work like that, but seems they don't have template at such young age. I also heard that NIH have some templates for infants, but don't know where they are.
If you have such templates, you can replace the templates (TPM.nii) under SPM's 'toolbox/seg'.
Then DPARSF will call SPM to do segmentation based on these templates, and call DARTEL to create a group-specific template for normalization.
