Could please recommend me the best approach with the next pilot study..
It's a prepost treatment study, with 2 time points (pre&post) but I've a huge lack of power due to size group ( 3 groups, 5 sujbects each)...
so, I do not know if I can perform an ANCOVA Repeated measures and introduce the 3 groups or go further and apply a flexible factorial or GLM_Flex scripts...
Another approach, which it could be less conservative,,, is apply paired t-tests for pre&post group and for between group comparisons perform simple 2tests...
请教一下，如果我们用 advanced dparsf做预处理时，已经做了协变量的处理，是否在后面进行数据分析时，就不用再加入如：脑脊液这些基本的协变量了呢？

They provided atlas and DARTEL templates.
How can I incorporate it into DPARSFA?

I have caculated Reho of seven participants who took twice scan a week apart, and then i want to caculate the test-retest reliablity with Dpabi using ANOVA model. In the GUI frame, I put seven data, smREHO, which were taken in the first time, into Rate-1 Images, and the other data into the Rate-2 Images, and then clicked Compute button. But, when the icc was all zero. You can see how I put the data in the following pictures.
