An error occur when I using ROI signal extracter:
Dear Dr YAN
please How many number of voxels (cluster size) should I put in the red box in below picture????
Dear Dr YAN
After cluster report , we have this table:
for example in cluster one we have only one region(Cerebelum_Crus2) with peak mni coordinates(-36 -78 -45) and peak value(4.2667).
Dear Dr YAN
after FDR coreection I get these result for Alff and fAlff
we notice that the activation region in Alff more than activation regions in fAlff
this because the Alff range is more than fAlff(fraction of Alff), and Alff senestive to physiological noise .
my question does this reason right or wrong? if it is true there is any mor reasons for this result?
thanks for your help.
I extracted 116 ROI region signal applied by AAL mask, but I need voxel-wise information.
I knew that functional information comes from grey matter, so I'm gonna extract all voxel signals in grey matter.
Dear all,
during the extraction of the ROI signals, I get the error message you can see in the picture. Apparently, DPARSFA is trying to create an array of size 279586x279586, or 582.4GB which is, needless to say, way too large for our computers. Is this a bug?
This error occurred when trying to perform nuisance regression on files that are already preprocessed (see pictures)

Dear all,
I want to perform Global Signal Regression on files which I have already preprocessed (swau) using another toolbox. For GSR, one can choose between "SPM apriori" and "Automask". This confuses me; What is the difference between the Option "Segment" for WM/CSF-regression and the option "Automask" for GSR? Also, can't I use the already existing brainmasks which I stored in the folder WorkingDirectory/Masks/WarpedMasks?
Thanks!
Cheers,
Sascha
Dear all,
in the folder Masks/WarpedMasks, for each subject, there are three different files (now exemplary for subject 001):
I wonder, what do the indices 05, 07 and 09 mean? Are they relevant for anything or is it just a compatibility question?
Thanks!
Cheers,
Sascha
