degree centrality

Hi, professor Yan,
 
    I did the degree centrality using your dparsfa , after the pre-process of data, I got a two Z-value in the results(called zDegreeCentrality_PositiveBinarizedSumBrainMap_de01 and zDegreeCentrality_PositiveWeightedSumBrainMap_de01 respectively), so which one should I choose to do the statistics, especially for the correlation analysis parts.

   您好, 我最近刚开始接触fMRI，听了很多遍您的讲课视频，但还是有几个困惑，还希望严老师能在百忙之中帮忙解答： 
 
    一、用最新版DPABI对三组数据进行ANOVA分析时，同时进行了post-hoc，您在最新的视频教程里说到post-hoc是已经经过校正的，那么在看ANOVA结果时P值如果选择0.05的话，再看post-hoc结果时，P值是用0.05还是0.016 (0.05/3)呢？ 
   二、进行Alphasim校正时，您说现在Voxel P value应该是0.001，那么在看Al

Error in ANCOVA analysis

 严老师，您好：
         我使用DIPABIV2.2版本做三组ALFF的ANOVA时，加了灰质图像做协变量(fig1），使用的WC1，并重采样3 3 3，MASK用的灰质模板61*73*61(设置j界面fig2)。运行时显示有如下错误提示，View里结果显示很奇怪（fig3）。
同样的数据，做了两个双样本T检验（group1和group2，group2和group3），同样会有这个错误代码的提示，但View显示结果正常。rest时间点144，每个被试结构像176层。

PALM(permutation test)

Dear experts

I did a correlation analysis with PALM. Setting of PALM is 5000 permutations, cluster forming threshold 2.3, TFSE, gamma approximation. And I got results which are uploaded. 

To explore the results, I used DPABI Viewers. To interpret the results, How should I set the parameter including P -value in "overlay configure?" And what's the exact difference among R_clustere_rstat, R_tfce_rstat and R_vox_rstat? does the setting of parameter in overlay configure vary according to R_clustere_rstat or R_tfce_rstat or R_vox_rstat?
