DPABI/DPABISurf/DPARSF

Hi 

I am beginner in using DPARSF. Just wanted to start doing preprocessing of resting-state data through advanced DPARSF, but saw that the session for uploading each subject's data does not working. I just gave the directory path but could not upload data. Can you please clarify me how I can do this step? 

Also, beside that I wanted to access to default mask provided by DPABI for ICC measurement on rs-fMRI. Can you please tell me if this is already available on the tool, is so how I can find that?

         尊敬的严老师您好，我在使用dpabi做预处理的时候，发 现中间生成的文件不知道是否存在问题。如图一所示。

         1.为什么在FunImgAR->FunImgARC 这个过程，生成的文件（图一）显示像马赛克一样。这样是正常的吗？ 如果是正常的话，我不想要这样的显示，想要所有预处理后的显示结果如图二那样，我应该取消哪步操作？

         2.dpabi 不能对功能像数据进行去头颅操作吗？

          对于第一个问题，我下来仔细又看了一次视频，AR->ARC 这个过程是做了去除噪声，但是这样就使得图像看上去像马赛克一样，如果我不做这一步可以吗？会不会有很大的影响？

I’m encountering a problem with the FieldMap Correction in DPARSF pointing to

DPARSFA_run (line 812): „Index exceeds matrix dimensions.“

 I have 2 phase dicoms and 2 magnitude dicoms per slice and as far as I can tell the nii look ok and are saved in the correct folder.

The settings I have used are

Cfg.FieldMap.IsNeedConvertDCM2IMG: 1

Cfg.FieldMap.IsCalculateVDM: 1

Cfg.FieldMap.EPIBasedFieldMap: 0

Cfg.FieldMap.IsFieldMapCorrectionUnwarpRealign: 1

Cfg.FieldMap.TE1: 0

Cfg.FieldMap.TE2: 0

       严老师您好，我有如下三个问题：

问题一：在使用dpabi的时候，我们可以获取到功能连接矩阵，是不是文件夹Results \ ROISignals_FunImgARCWF \ ROICorrelation_sub_xx.mat吗？

问题二：功能连接矩阵为116x116，我看了下矩阵中所有的数都是不为0的，是对脑区进行全连接吗？可能会存在有为0的数吗？
