Submitted by Anyi Zhang on

分析过程中将AAL模板(61*73*61)选入到define ROI之后没有得到相应的相关矩阵,得到的ROICorrelation_subXXX文件只有一个数值1,详见附件ROICorrelation_sub001.txt。

Submitted by Xiao Wang on

matlab2016a,dpabi4.2.

数据resting,TR=2s,time point=185。

Problem about function "y_Write"

Submitted by Zeqiang Linli on

 Dear Prof. Yan

I would like to write a 3-dimensions array (61*73*61) with many numbers with less than 1 into a .nii format file using Header of AAL3_61x73x61_YCG.nii. However, the numbers in  the array seems to be rounded down after writing to a .nii file. It seem to be the problem of the Header.

Do you have an effective solution to this problem?

Best wishes,

Zeqiang Linli

which way we use the DPABI when warped the resting fMRI map into MNI space

Predefined Types

Hello, Dear experts:

I am new to fMRI analysis. I want to know, when doing the normalised procressing, i.e., warped the resting nii map into MNI space, which way the DPABI used, nonlinear warping or linear warping?

  Thank you very much!

Error report in the GRF correction of M_Interaction_F.nii

Submitted by Becky on

Dear teachers,

I performed mixed effect analysis in DPABI for my data (higher subgroup vs. lower subgroup )*two conditions (A pic  vs. B pic). And  I found that there is error report when I apply GRF correction for M_Interaction_F.nii created in the analysis as shown in the picture below. How to deal with it? Thank you!

Unequal variance assumption/uneven group size in DPABI

Submitted by LukeN on

Dear experts,

Thank you for creating this wonderful software. I have been finding it to be very useful!

I have a study with uneven group sizes (40 patients, 70 controls), which has caused a reviewer some concerns. My understanding is that other software packages (SPM, FSL) allow for the assumption of unequal variances to be specififed as a way to deal with this. Is this also true for DPABI, and if so which methods of correction would it apply to (GRF, permutation etc.)?

Thank you in advance,

Luke

Can not load multiple subjects at the same time

Submitted by Feng on

Hi, I have a question about the loading of subjects.

So when I followed the turorial and set the correct working directory and folder format, the participant area did not come up with the subjects' ID. So I tried to load a text file with the subjects' names. But each time the DPARSF can only read the first subject from the text file, but not the others. So I want to ask, is there a specific format of the text file we need to write so all the subjects will be included? Or is there any other solution to process all the subjects at the same time? Thanks!
