Template-O-Matic Toolbox for segmentation

Dear Dr. Yan, I am doing analysis on children's resting network. Could I use newest edition of DPARSFa (v2.1) to integrate Template-O-Matic Toolbox for segmentation? Thank you very much!

Hi! DPARSFA 2.1 is using New Segment+DARTEL to perform segmentation. If you want to use your specific Toolbox, then you can not use it on the GUI, but modify the related codes in DPARSFA_run.m
