what kind of the methods about REST?

there are two major methods commonly applied in resting-state fMRI,such as seed-based correlation analysis (SCA) and independent components(ICN).in REST of course FC is the first kind.but i am not sure about the Reho,fALFF,and VMHC.i am preparing an article about the subtle difference among those methods in REST while analyse the same data.thanks!

 Seed-ROI based FC and ICA are methods for integration or temporal synchronization of timecourses of distinct brain regions, while ReHo, ALFF, fALFF are for local activity (segregation). It is important to compare the sensitivity and specificity of these methods. I would suggest to compare within a category (integration or segregation).
