如何确认BoundingBox Size的大小是否合适?

1.DPARSF_V2.0_110505中BoundingBox Size为 【-90 -26 -72;90 90 108】,SPM中默认为【-78 -112 -50; 78 76 85】,论坛中严老师提到后者的大小过小。 请问,我如何确认什么样的BoundingBox Size比较适合我的数据? 2.BoundingBox Size是以什么为坐标原点的? 3.改变DPARSF_V2.0_110505中BoundingBox的默认值后,后续分析过程出错(回归头动等协变量),如何解决?

extract ROI Time Course

我在用rest中的utilities中的Extract ROI Time Course做时间序列提取的时候经常出现 “???error using==>copyfile; 另一个程序正在使用此文件,进程无法访问。” 这样的错误。我重启电脑重启matlab再运行,还是出现报出这个错误。 请问是否有谁在使用的时候出现过类似问题,该怎么解决呢? 谢谢1

关于rest读数据函数的问题

您好,我看了下rest工具包,读数据有这三个函数。 rest_ReadAnalyzeImage;rest_readfile;rest_ReadNiftiImage; 我试了一下用rest_ReadAnalyzeImage读nifti数据,也能读进matlab里,和用rest_ReadNiftiImage数据的结果是一致的。那么我是不是可以混用呢? 视频中说mricro看不了nifti的结果,可是我用spm8处理之后的img,是可以用mricro看的,这句话如何理解呢? 谢谢

统计静息态功能磁共振结果和临床症状的相关性

我已经使用DPARSF计算了病人和健康对照的ALFF、fALFF和ReHo,并在spm内比较,得出有显著差异的脑区。我想进一步统计,计算这些有差异的脑区的ALFF等和临床症状的相关性(临床症状是连续性数值)。还有我的问题是如果是三组比较,比如病人一组,有症状但不符合诊断标准的人群为一组,正常人为一组,这个比较在spm里怎么做,还有mask怎么做呢?

rest算出来的相关系数,数学算法是什么,没有找到软件算法的相关文章。 例如,用functional connectivity,算ROI wise,两个ROI之间有个相关系数。 或者算voxel wise时,全脑每个voxel和特定ROI之间的相关系数。 应该不是线性相关,我将time course 用SPSS或者excel算出来的相关系数,和rest的不一样。 是不是考虑了频率成分?

AAL time courses没有变量名,即90个脑区的名称

问题1: DPARSF's standard processing steps: 12. Extract AAL or ROI time courses for further analysis (optional). 对一些数据提取时间序列后,得到的90个时间序列的变量名为AAL??TC如下 AAL62TC: [125x1 double] 尽管可以做初步的功能网络分析,但是不利于后面结合脑神经精神文献和数据进行生物学意义上的讨论。 因此能不能在软件中给出一个AAL??TC与具体的脑区名称相对应的表格。 问题2: 能不能在DPARSF中设计提取所有体素voxels的时间系列?(同时体素的大小可以自定义,以便根据实际的计算能力来决定voxel的数目。) 十分感谢严博!

Resting-State fMRI Data Analysis Toolkit (REST) is a convenient toolkit to calculate Functional Connectivity (FC), Regional Homogeneity (ReHo), Amplitude of Low-Frequency Fluctuation (ALFF), Fractional ALFF (fALFF), Gragner causality and perform statistical analysis. You also can use REST to view your data, perform Monte Carlo simulation similar to AlphaSim in AFNI, calculate your images, regress out covariates, extract ROI time courses, reslice images, and sort DICOM files. Download a MULTIMEDIA COURSE would be helpful for knowing more about how to use this software. Add REST's directory to MATLAB's path and enter "REST" in the command window of MATLAB to enjoy it.

关于alphasim校正的问题

我想问的问题是我用alphasim校正,用了三组。首先p=0.005算出cluster size是406,用p=0.001算出cluster size是183,用p=0.01算出cluster是624;我选的cluster size都是第一个alpha小于0.05所对应的size。那么他们的结果都是产生了一个p=0.05的校正吧?如果是,我分别用三组校正去看我的spmt0001.img,校正后的结果不一样。 p=0.001cluster size183这一组最强,校正后没有任何结果,p=0.01cluster624这一组校正最弱,出来很多结果。我想问一下如果都是模拟的p=0.05,那么出来的结果为什么不一样呢。 期待您的回复!
