严老师： 您好，我看了你的教学视频，关于ANOVA这部分有些问题不是很清楚。 我现在做的是三种针灸方法之间的比较，有任务的，也有观察针灸之后的静息情况的，我想问一下： 一：是不是做任务的三种之间的比较也要先计算ANOVA 激活的区，用这个mask去看两两之间的配对T检验呢？ 二:我试了一下，用ANOVA之后算出来的激活区，很小，如果用这个做mask的话，后面的两两比较几乎就没什么激活点了。 三：我是不是也可以用三者的单样本T检验激活图的并集做为mask,然后做两两之间的配对T检验呢？ 谢谢~~~

Hi, I used the REST toolbox to calculate fALFF. However, the results are fALFF maps but I would like to calculate the mean fALFF within a ROI. Is there a way to do this? Thanks. Best, Lianne Schmaal
