concatenated epi

How do you use concatenated EPIs in REST toolbox? My EPI images have been reconstructed and imported from AFNI, where I get a single file for my 164 time points. Rest doesnt seem to recognize this concatenation and tells me that the number of time points reflected from the files are 0. Is there a workaround?

严老师: 您好!想请教您关于Function Connectivity的问题,我是通过rest来做的,也看了您的course,但是关于slice view的使用有些问题。 (1)我选择了“rest”-“Function Connectivity”-"ROI wise"-“Add ROI”,我想选择通过AAL模板来定义ROI,根据已有的先验知识选择若干aal的脑区作为感兴趣区来做。点击“next”后,进入slice view的界面,我也看了您关于讲解slice view的讲解,可是还是不太清楚 怎样就算选择好了ROI. 我是通过将我要定义的aal的一些脑区的mni坐标输入到里面,之后我选择cluster size按视频里的讲解输入那些参数,然后选择save cluster保存好。

各位论坛版主 你们好! 请教你们一个图像空间变换的问题,我现在有一批数据,这批数据都是Talairach空间下的,而我现在想把AAL模板用到这组数据上,所以要对这批数据做一个空间变换,把它们由Talairach空间变到MNI空间。我查了很多坐标变换的软件,都只能对你输入的坐标做一个变换,而我现在要变换是整个图像数据,请教下你们用什么软件可以实现?REST可以做吗?打扰你们了,非常感谢!!

Dealing with 2 sessions and use of mask

I am doing a seed region analysis for the entire n-back acquisition in two groups of subjects. I intend to finally compare the groups for differences. 1. Each subject had 2 sessions of n-back runs. I am able to get the seed region based FC maps and Z maps for each session separately. But how can I get a single contrast file from the 2 sessions for each subject?

管理员好! 最近我们尝试用rest的correlation analysis做量表与reho全脑的相关分析,想看下哪个脑区和量表相关比较显著。然后因为spm中的multiple regression也可以做全脑与量表算相关,又用spm算了下。 我们算的时候将年龄、性别等作为了协变量。 1、可是当我们做完发现,rest的结果和spm的结果基本上不一致,区域差别很明显。就是说基本上没有重叠的脑区,而且存在某个重叠的脑区在rest里是正相关、spm中是负相关。我们研究了好久,还是没有找出原因。只知道rest是用partialcorr做的去协变量。spm是用regress去的协变量。其实partialcorr里面也是用到了回归。我们就是想问下,为什么两个软件做的都是同一件事情可是得到的结果为什么差异这么明显呢?那么哪个结果做出来的比较真实客观呢?
