Hi,
When I run dpabi to measure Reho, DegreeCentrality, ALFF, and fALFF, there are three outputs for each subject, for example: DegreeCentrality, mDegreeCentrality, and zDegreeCentrality.
My question is that what does m- and z- mean?
Thanks,
Tara

Hi Tara,
Hi Tara,
m- means the average metric value (e.g., reho, alff) across all brain has been substracted from each voxel's value.
z- means z-standardization (minus average metric value then divide standard deviation).
Best,
Xiao
