One-sample, two-sample t-test, ANCOVA

Hi Dr. Chao-Gan

 

I have been using DPABI for resting state fMRI , and ALFF measurement on the groups of subjects. I just wanted to do some statistical analysis on the groups including 1-sample, 2-sample t-test and ANCOVA.

I just see on your manual paper that you refered to SPM and REST tools for doing that.

Can you please clarify me what is the tool I can that, as I see DPABI has this tool too.

Thank you for your response. This actually worked for me. But I have another question here that could not find the answer in your tutorials. I would appreciate if you can help me to resolve that.

The thing is that after doing any statistical test and applying multiple comparison correction, is there specific sheet or document that the tool would provide by the statitical information for the significant clusters coordinations, T-values, p-values, volumes, name of the main regions, and so on?
