Fixed a" File too small" bug when .hdr/.img files are used in DPARSF_V3.2_150710

Submitted by YAN Chao-Gan on

Dear all,

We have noticed that if .hdr/.img T1 images were used for segmentation, DPARSF_V3.2_150710 reports an error of "File too small".

We have fixed this error, please use the attached file to overwrite the existing one in DPARSF_V3.2_150710.

You can also download the developing version of DPABI from Github: https://github.com/Chaogan-Yan/DPABI

which has fixed 3 bugs:

1. Fixed a "File too small" bug when .hdr/.img files are used.
2. Fixed a bug in y_Standardize.m: error when multiple files are defined.
3. Fixed a bug in DPABI Image Calculator: error in standard deviation calculation along the 4th dimension.

We will integrate these changes to the next formal release of DPABI.

Best,

Chao-Gan
