Hi Dpabi experts,
We attempt to preprocess a fMRI data download from the OpenNeuro platform (ds01461) with Dpabi. Since the Dpasfa is compatible with BIDS data since v.5 (Data Processing Assistant for Resting-State fMRI (DPARSF) | The R-fMRI Network (rfmri.org)), I supposed it would be OK to run Dpasfa with the dataset. However, I got an error showing "Too many .nii.gz files in each subject's directory, should only keep one 4D .nii.gz file" when I set the Starting Directory to the BIDS file, while the "Participants" could be well recognized. It makes me confused because there is only one resting state fMRI data in each subject directory. The document tree of the BIDS is:
ds01461/
|
sub-001/
|
func/
|
sub-001_task-rest_bold.nii.gz
sub-001_task-rest_bold.json
Additional info:
OS: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
MATLAB: ver. 2015A
Dpabi: ver. 6.2_220915
Could you please tell me how to run Dpabi with BIDS-type data in more details? For example, how to define the working directory and Starting Directory in specific? Thanks in advance.
Best,
Qunjun
