Dear Dr. Yan
Recently I am using the DPARSF toolbox for estimating the functional connectivity. During the preprocessing, I found some problem for the normalization. I have attached two pictures: one to show you the parameters setup for the software, and the other one is the output of the picture for check normalization. Your kind help will be highly appreciated.

Hi,
Hi,
I guess the initial position of your images are too far away from the MNI position. You can use "interactive reorienting" in the advanced edition to set the initial position. Please see http://rfmri.org/Course Part III.

Dear Dr. Yan
Thanks for your kind reply. I am a user of DPARSF basic version for quite a while. For the basic version, I am quite familiar how to process the data and set the parameters. The advanced version added a lot of new functions, which I believe are quite good, but for the tutorial materials are still in basic version, is there any tutorial materials for the advanced version? If so, that will be great, I think could catch on quickly.
Aging, thanks for your kind reply.
