ABout replacing docker

Submitted by kiviljc on

Hi R-FMRI team,

Hope you are doing well and  thanks for the wonderful effort at processing pipelines software.

I do have a question regarding removing the non-brain tissues(Bet process), and I am getting error of docker command not found.

For various reasons we cannot install docker on the server. but we can use singularity for containers. Can I know which parts need to update in the Matlab code with using singularity

I have one more question, will be large result differece in the rs-fmri network study without runing the Bet process?

Can I know how to evulate the preprocessing result from the DPARSF A.

Thank you.

-Jin.

1. You can skip bet, there were no big differences for most normal data.

2. You can install FSL, DPABI first search FSL and then search docker.

3. You can follow the sigularity instructions to install the docker compiled version.
