4D nii.gz Files

Hi,

 

    I am new MsC. user from Turkey.  Before DPARSF I have learnt to use  AFNI,SPM and CONN now I want to learn DPARSFA. When I try to execute full pipeline of DPARSFA I encountered the error below at bet stage 

 

      Error using nifti/subsasgn>assigndat

         Unknown filename extension (.gz)

 

I know I should just try to use with gunzip but I am curious about that can DPARSFA process .nii.gz files ? Is there any checkbox or something for this ?
