degree centrality

Hi, professor Yan,
 
    I did the degree centrality using your dparsfa , after the pre-process of data, I got a two Z-value in the results(called zDegreeCentrality_PositiveBinarizedSumBrainMap_de01 and zDegreeCentrality_PositiveWeightedSumBrainMap_de01 respectively), so which one should I choose to do the statistics, especially for the correlation analysis parts.

alphasim校正p=0.05出错

在使用dpabi对VBM two sample T test 后结果进行alphasim校正,设置的voxel p value=0.05时,在运算中会出错,出错提示如下:

请问DPABI的ANCOVA,多重比较校正有什么意义?

听了视频没太明白,在这里选择Bonferroni之后,并不等于imaging results不需要再做校正吧?那么这里选择Bonferroni之后p值应该定在多少?依然是0.001 unc.?那为什么要做?

Permutation Test和Utilities报错

Permutation Test 报错信息如下:

Permutation Analysis-分析VBM产生出的灰质体积时出错了

老师们:好。
 
冒昧打扰。VBM产生的灰质体积,两组A组与B组,在使用dpabi最新版本跑A组与B组的双样本T检验时,再进行 Permutation Analysis出错了,貌似提示是模板出错,但我尝试选用了和跑出AB两组voxel size一致的全脑mask  或 灰质mask 作为mask时,都出错了。
