I performed an fMRI task for attention. Then using the 'con files' of all the subjects, I performed a multiple regression analysis in SPM8, with a behavioral score as covariate to identify the regions that have a positive or negative correlation with the score. I want to perform AlphaSim for this multiple regression analysis to find the minimum cluster size for alpha 0.05. My uncorrected p value is 0.01, slice thickness is 3 mm.
What should I input for the mask image?

Hi all, I'm just registered at this forum.
I'm studying Indipendent Component Analysis. I noted that it works only with time stationary processes, and fail in presence of non time stationary ones (exponential ramp, linear ramp, etc.). Are there other non-parametric techniques of blind source separation that work in in these cases? I found only parametric methods until now.

我有一个全身的pet-ct图像，通过ct项我做了一个脑部的mask想提取pet数据中对应的脑部数据，请问应该如何做啊？我用spm的Imcalc做的时候，用mask.*ct项数据但是也没有提取出相对应的脑部数据，能给点建议么？谢谢

Dear experts,
I ran the DPARSF preprocessing steps on a set of fMRI subjects, and I obtained images with parallel streaks which didn't look right. I am enclosing an example image. Has anyone encountered a similar issue?
Could one reason be that there was radio frequency leakage, as one book suggests? Or could it be the settings of DPARSF that I need to modify?

请问您在进行DIT空间标准化时用的是T1图还是T2图，因为DTI 扫描时用T2*,因此是不是配准时必须用T2模板，如何您有T2模板，是否可以上传一个？用何种软件下配准？可以DPARSF的模块吗？
我们遇到一个难题，之前的配准选了一个Control，结果无法进行定位，只能肉眼测定解剖结构。

老师你好，我想请教的问题如下：
1. 为什么在脑的研究里，alphasim校正比FDR，FWE更合适？
2. alphasim校正时，选择不同的cluster size和p值结果会有明显的不同，我们如何知道选什么样的cluster size和p值才是合适的呢？选择p<0.001的脑区里却有着不属于p<0.005的脑区，我们如何解释这一现象呢？
3. 用alphasim校正时，我们在文章里除了报告p值外还要报告rmm的值和使用的mask吗？还有其他的吗？
