Dear DPARSF users,
Having not used DPARSF in a while I was wondering whether anything has changed with regards to the folder structure as it seems my subject are not loading.. All my files are already completely pre-processed so I am mainly aiming to use DPARSF for some ReHo and SCA analyses.
My folder structure is:
../ReHo1/Subject001/Subject001.nii.gz
../ReHo1/Subject002/Subject002.nii.gz
../ReHo1/Subject003/Subject003.nii.gz
etc.
When I set the working directory to ../ReHo1 and the starting directory name to ReHo1 nothing happens, when I set the working directory to ../ and the starting directory name to ReHo1 also nothing happens. I've tried unzipping the files (made no difference) and tried loading a subject.txt file (didn't do much either). Any thoughts?

Since you are only want to calcualte ReHo and SCA, you can:
1. Select the "Blank" template parameter
2. Only choose ReHo and SCA
3. Set the Working Directory "../"
4. Set the starting directory "ReHo1".
It should work.
